Nigeria reinstates its old national anthem: “an error of priorities” which does not resolve inflation

A bill was signed on Wednesday May 29 by President Bola Tinubu reinstating the former national anthem “Nigeria, We Hail Thee”. The excessive emphasis on such a trivial issue annoys many Nigerians who believe the country is facing otherwise pressing problems.
